Shipping Questions

1. Do you ship Medela products outside of Canada? No we are not able to ship products to other countries. Medela products come directly from the Canadian manufacturer and include a Canadian warranty.

2. How long does shipping for Medela products take? Usually products arrive 1-3 business days via courier within Ontario.

3. Do you ship to a post office box? Medela Products are shipped via courier and we ship only to house or business addresses where a person is able to accept/sign for the package.

4. Do you have a retail location? No, Markham Baby is an online store. However we do offer free local pick-up. Please contact us at sales@markhambaby.com to arrange for your purchase without shipping fees and to schedule a pick-up time.
