Elbow Test: Use your elbow to test running tub or tap water for babies bath


Fitting a Nursing Bra

  1. Using a fabric measuring tape, measure directly under bust in inches.
  2. Add 5 to this number (or 6 if it is an odd number - This is your band measurement
  3. Measure around fullest part of bust.
  4. Subtract the number from Step 2. This indicates your cup size. Each inch of difference equals one cup size:1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D and so on.
